Baby Here We Come

I know it has been a while since I have updated the blog. I have had two projects due in my masters classes so I have been quite busy. Spring Break started yesterday for me. YAY!! I am heading home on Wednesday to visit with family and friends and go to my first baby shower. Thanks Lee and Cathy!

I got a WONDERFUL suprise yesterday, I found out that my cousin Robyn, and her daughter Brooke, are flying from Washington state to come to the baby shower. I have not seen her in a while so I am very very excited to see her.

I also got another FABULOUS suprise yesterday. My siblings (Andrew, Aaron, and Joslin) bought our high chair and it was delivered yesterday. It is the first piece of baby furniture we have gotten. I was jumping up and down with excitement. I think the baby was either excited or was trying to get me to stop jumping around because I got kicked a few times. John was very patient because I pretty much told him he had to put it together right away. :o) Above is the picture of the high chair with Pavey Lowe, my Air Force Bear from Build-a-Bear. My friend Betsy was here, so she helped John unpack it on the floor. I got to watch and take pictures.

I was talking to a friend the other day and she asked me if I was keeping a pregnancy journal. Well, I am not great at keeping a journal. I start off good and then fade out after about a week. Then I realized that I am keeping a journal of sorts...this blog. You guys are keeping me going with this. I get asked alot "When are you going to update the blog?" or "Hey you should put that on the blog." So thank you to everyone for keeping me going with this. I think it will be a fantastic addition to the baby book. The best part is that y'all can add to it so the baby will see how much he/she is loved even before arriving.
